This arrangement was sent by my friend for a funeral. The assembly and constant contact was an amazing experience. I would 100% recommend this flower shop to anyone I know. I liked actually being in contact with a respectable and responsive person (no AI). The first picture was a day later after sitting in a hot car for almost 3 hours and the second picture is what it was presented to us. And it’s still gorgeous. Highly recommend

I absolutely loved my experience with The Floral Room! You can really tell it’s a family-run business that cares about their customers. The communication throughout the entire process was amazing; they kept me updated every step of the way, and the delivery process was super smooth and easy. The delivery driver was also incredibly kind and professional. Most importantly, the flowers were absolutely beautiful; so fresh, thoughtfully arranged, and they smell amazing. You can tell a lot of care went into selecting them. Highly recommend supporting this sweet local business!

I ordered flowers from The Floral Room for my cousin’s funeral, which I unfortunately wasn’t able to attend in person. I chose them specifically because I was looking for something cool, modern, and thoughtfully designed—an arrangement created by a real local artist, not something generic or mass-produced. This was especially important to me as an artist myself, and because my cousin truly loved and appreciated artistry. The initial arrangement (the “Chloe”) my family received was beautiful, but it appeared to have been altered at the funeral home and, in my opinion, didn’t reflect what I had originally ordered. I was disappointed. After receiving a survey, I shared my honest feedback without expecting much to come of it. To my surprise, Christian, the owner, reached out to me personally just a few hours later. He was incredibly kind, understanding, and helpful, which meant a great deal during such a difficult time. He went above and beyond by creating a new arrangement (the “Helena”) and sending it to my family. It is absolutely gorgeous, and I couldn’t be happier with it. The flowers I received for my Birthday were stunning!! They left them outside the direct sunlight so I could grab them when I arrived home. Full of color and artfully designed.
